Have you ever booked directly with a cruise line and wished for an agency to guide you through the experience? It may not be too late to transfer the booking.  Here are the guidelines. It only takes a minute or two to complete the switch, and it's free.

Carnival:

Call Carnival at 800-764-7419 and get a pin number for your booking. Contact us with the pin number. We will phone the pin number in to Carnival, and the booking will be transferred immediately. 

Criteria: Transfer requests must take place within 30 days of placing your deposit, and prior to final payment.  

Norwegian Cruise Line:

Holland America Line:

Contact:  Call 800-522-3399, extension #4, and request that the booking be transferred.
Have handy:  You will be asked the name of the travel agency to which you want to be transferred (Cruise Planners - Caitlin Gibson) and the local phone number (252) 422-1577.
Criteria:  Transfer requests must take place prior to your reservation being paid in full.

Royal Caribbean International:
Contact:  Visit http://rccl.force.com/directtransfers/DTTRoyal to complete a quick online form. Transfer request must be made within 30 days of reservation creation, and before final payment.

Celebrity Cruises:
Contact:  Visit http://rccl.force.com/directtransfers/DTTCelebrity to complete a quick online form. Transfer request must be made within 30 days of reservation creation, and before final payment.

Azamara Club Cruises:
Contact:  Visit https://www.azamaraclubcruises.com/digital-booking-transfer-form to complete a quick online form. Transfer request must be made within 30 days of reservation creation, and before final payment.

For all three cruise lines above:

Have handy:  Your booking number, travel agency name (Cruise Planners - Caitlin Gibson), travel agency local phone number (252) 422-1577, and email address.

Note: Under “reason for transfer,” simply state that you’d like our agency to manage the booking.

Princess Cruises:
Contact:  Fax your request to Princess Cruises’ OneSource Department at 661-291-8680, or email revenuesupportdepartment@princesscruises.com.
Have handy:  The letter or email must contain your name, booking number, ship, sailing date and the request to transfer your booking to our agency, along with our agency name (Cruise Planners - Caitlin Gibson), agency phone number (252) 422-1577, and possibly our agency's address. (Please call us for this information.)

American Cruise Line:
Contact:  Call 800-460-4518
Have handy: You will be asked the name of our travel agency (Cruise Planners - Caitlin Gibson) and our local phone number (252) 422-1577.
Criteria:  Must be done within 48 hours of booking.

Oceania:
Contact:  Email to ressupervisors@oceaniacruises.com
Have handy:  The email must contain your name, booking number, ship, and sailing date, and you must explain that you wish to transfer your booking to our agency (Cruise Planners - Caitlin Gibson),  and you must indicate our local phone number (252) 422-1577.
Note: Transfer request must be made within 30 days of booking and reservation cannot be paid in full.

Uniworld:

Have handy:  You will be asked the name of our travel agency (Cruise Planners - Caitlin Gibson) and phone number (252) 422-1577.
Note:  Transfer request must take place prior to making final payment.

Viking:
